Rock Spring Park/IBM    Bethesda, Maryland

Rock Spring Park/IBM is an office campus of approximately 1.5 million square feet on 40 acres in Bethesda, Maryland just north of Washington, D.C. Designed in collaboration with Pei Cobb Freed and Partners for Park Tower Development and IBM, the project creates a cohesive grouping of buildings which focus on a large circular center park. The park, surrounded by a tree lined promenade and a continuous water channel, functions as both a centerpiece for the project and a green common for the surrounding office campus.
