Jets Stadium    New York, New York

The proposed Jets Stadium, sited on the Hudson River between 30th and 31st Streets, provides a unique opportunity to add new civic space to New York City's waterfront. Knitting into the linear Hudson River Park with a broad sloped lawn terrace, the project includes paths and outdoor rooms that tie the River Park to a series of interior city parks. Accessibility is emphasized with the inclusion of a subway stop and the immediate river front connection to the public right-of-way. MVLA collaborated with Kohn Pedersen Fox Architects on the design.
